Our Church Planting Network (CPN) is a vast team of missionaries who work to plant sustainable churches across multiple continents. As you can imagine, these operations are vast and complex, which is why we’re so thankful to have April serving as Strategic Operations Coordinator for the CPN. In this vital role, she ensures the success of the network by: 

• Supporting the CPN Director: April assists in managing the director’s schedule, travel, and meetings, allowing him to focus on leading the network’s vision and strategy.

• Planning Events and Logistics: April oversees the coordination of large gatherings and events that bring together our missionaries and church-planting teams. These events are essential for relationship-building, encouragement, and leadership development.

• Facilitating Communication: April ensures seamless communication across the network, keeping missionaries, partners, and ministry partners aligned with our vision and mission.

• Enhancing Missionary Support: By managing operational details behind the scenes, April’s work frees up our church planters to focus on what they do best— evangelizing, discipling, and developing communities of Christ-followers around the world.
