JB Brown #33

Jeff (JB) Brown, Encompass's incoming Director of Training and Member Care, has served in a limited role with our Encompass training team for a number of years. For the past 14 years, he was also the pastor of Clairmont Baptist Church in northern Atlanta. Clairmont has been the sending church for multiple Encompass deployed staff. Prior to his pastoral service, JB and his wife, Ashley, served for ten years in Indonesia with the International Mission Board (IMB), including time as a team leader. JB will be giving primary focus to our Member Care efforts, including a team of partners and the development of appropriate resources. JB will also oversee our pre-field training alongside our current training team and many of the valuable patterns which they have pursued.
