Mike & Letitia Yoder #448

Mike and Letitia met at Grace College where they each took separate trips to Europe that confirmed their interests in cross-cultural ministry. They got married in 1994 and moved to Berlin, Germany in 1997 where they served as Encompass missionaries. After ten years of fruitful ministry there, they moved their family of four kids back to the USA for Mike to pursue doctoral studies and to work in international leadership training with Encompass.. Their original plan was to go back to Europe afterwards, but God unexpectedly opened the door for Mike to serve as lead pastor at Grace Polaris Church in Westerville, Ohio. 

After faithfully serving as Grace Polaris’s pastor for almost 12 years, Mike returned to the missions world in 2023 where he now serves as Encompass’s Executive Director. Thank you for supporting the Yoders as Mike leads Encompass’s global staff in sharing Jesus with the least-reached.
