As Japan is less than one percent Christian, Emma says, “It’s not that Japan has heard about Jesus and rejected Him—it’s that many people there haven’t had the chance to hear about Him at all.” And God has perfectly equipped the Fergusons for this opportunity: Emma has previously served in Japan, while Will has a minor in Japanese.
